“We are about to enter the spring buying/selling season. We can expect the Fort Worth real estate market to continue to grow during this time,” said J.R. Martinez, 2018 President for the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®. “Housing inventory is low, so it is important for buyers to work with a Realtor® to find the house that works for them.”
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) worked throughout the tax reform process to preserve the existing tax benefits of homeownership and real estate investment, as well to ensure as many real estate professionals as possible would benefit from proposed tax cuts. Many of the changes reflected in the final bill were the result of the engagement of NAR and its members, not only in the last three months, but over several years.
The Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® is a professional trade association of over 3,000 licensed real estate agents and affiliate members.
Our members abide by a strict code of ethics and have access to a wide variety of business services that are not available to non-REALTORS®. This gives them a competitive edge in the marketplace, enabling them to provide superior services to buyers and sellers of real property.
